Become a Customer

To become a customer in the Billerud shop, please send an email to info@vakeswede.se with the following information:

• Name

• Address

• Phone number

• Department

We will review your details, and once approved, you will be granted access to the shop.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on whether the product is in stock or made to order.

• Stock items: shipped within 3 working days

• On-demand / made-to-order items: shipped within 5–10 working days

On-Demand Products

All on-demand products are manufactured and printed specifically according to your order.

• No right of withdrawal, return, or exchange applies in case of incorrect orders

• You are responsible for selecting the correct product, color, and size

• Please review your order confirmation carefully

As these products are not kept in stock, they may occasionally be unavailable from the supplier.
In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible regarding:

• any delivery delays, or

• replacement with an equivalent product

Claims / Complaints

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed item, please contact us as soon as possible via:

or through our contact form.

Products

The products in this shop have been developed in collaboration with Billerud AB.
If you are missing a product, please contact us – we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs as well as picking and packing fees are calculated in connection with delivery.

Payment

Payment is made via invoice to Billerud AB.
The invoice will be issued when your order leaves our warehouse.
